Diana is the President of The Soft Skills Group Inc. a training & development consultant firm. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in delivery, design & consulting with Fortune 500 companies and Universities & Colleges. She has trained and facilitated groups, as well as coached and consulted with new managers to senior VP levels totaling over 15,000 clients to date. She is skilled in relationship building, establishing trusted expert status with her client partners. Diana is an expert in aligning training – in-person and online - with the values, academic targets, fiscal responsibilities and managerial direction of universities, colleges and corporations. An energetic, results- oriented consultant, Diana takes great pride in influencing the human side of business.
